1.

Estimator Tool

We strongly encourage you to use our free project estimator tool. You can input the different aspects of the project you would like us to build, from which you will be given a broad range estimate. This helps you have a general idea of what to expect, as well as letting you know if you are ready to move on to the next step!

 

2.

Phone/Virtual Consultation

After reviewing your rough estimate, we will contact you to schedule a phone consultation or you may schedule a 15-minute zoom consultation through our website. During this time, we will go over the estimate you've received, discuss some project goals, as well as budget, and determine if we are the right fit to continue through the process. Please note that due to volume, budget, and location,  we are, unfortunately, not able to bid on all jobs we are requested to do. If it is determined that we are a good fit for each other, we will discuss the next step during our initial consultation. 

 

3.

On-site consultation

Payment required*

Once we determine that we are a good fit, we will schedule an on-site consultation. During the on-site visit, we will confirm the details discussed in the initial consult, provide ideas and material samples, take photos and measurements, and get a general idea for our conceptual design. 

 

4.

Design

Payment required*

After meeting with you at the project site and collecting information about your vision for the space, our creative team gets to work to give you the vision of your newly renovated outdoor living space. Designs generally take 3-6 weeks to complete. Once we have completed your design, we will contact you to schedule a revisions meeting. During our zoom meeting, we will walk through the design with you and discuss any potential revisions before approving the final design. We will also discuss our anticipated start date for your project. 

 

6.

Build

Payment required*

Once it is time for us to get started on your project, we will go over the site plan one last time with you, as well as our build crew. You will be given an estimated completion date. Please note that this is subject to change due to a number of scenarios including but not limited to: severe weather, extreme heat, and employee absence. We will do everything in our power to keep your job on schedule. Throughout the process, we will keep you up to date through our customer portal on builder trends. We typically send end-of-day updates so you know what was completed and what we will be working on the following day. 

 

7.

Enjoy!

Relaxation required*

Upon completion of your new space, we will do a final walk-through together. Once everything is perfect, the only thing left to do is enjoy your new space! Nothing makes us happier than seeing our clients enjoying the spaces we bring to life for them. We love staying in contact even after the job is done and encourage you to send us photos of you and your family relaxing by the fire, enjoying s’mores, or sinking a putt on your new putting green. We create more than landscape- we help create lasting memories. 

5.

Payments and contracts

Payment required*

Once the final design has been approved, you will be sent a quote for everything we have included in the design. Upon approval of the quote, you will be given a contract that lays out our payment schedule, as well as make a down payment for your new outdoor living space! Once the deposit is received, we will get your job on our schedule. Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE.
