TEAM Testimonials
"Working at Elevate has not only helped me grow professionally, but also personally, because of the influence and support of the owners, Mike & Sam. They care more about their employees than any boss I've ever had because they want to make sure we are all given the opportunity to succeed and grow with them. Even though I’m in the office, I’ve built a great relationship with the guys in the field thanks to how often we get together for lunches, events, and trips. This makes it way easier to keep communication open between the office and the field. It helps everything run more smoothly, takes a lot of stress off the job, and definitely plays a big part in keeping our work environment positive and enjoyable. Going to work doesn't feel like a job, it feels like I'm getting up every day making the choice to go help my friends."
