TEAM Testimonials

"Working at Elevate has not only helped me grow professionally, but also personally, because of the influence and support of the owners, Mike & Sam. They care more about their employees than any boss I've ever had because they want to make sure we are all given the opportunity to succeed and grow with them. Even though I’m in the office, I’ve built a great relationship with the guys in the field thanks to how often we get together for lunches, events, and trips. This makes it way easier to keep communication open between the office and the field. It helps everything run more smoothly, takes a lot of stress off the job, and definitely plays a big part in keeping our work environment positive and enjoyable. Going to work doesn't feel like a job, it feels like I'm getting up every day making the choice to go help my friends."

"As is with any other job, your success in this company depends the effort you put in. I have seen the owner work 10x harder than any other person on the job site and still have time to meet with clients. The company did several fun events during the summer, including cookouts, parties with clients, golf outings and even baseball games. This is a small, family oriented company, so if you are looking for somewhere to slack off and not be noticed, this is not the place for you. If you care about attention to detail, making clients happy, and creating beautiful spaces, then you will fit right in. The owners go above and beyond for their employees. They make sure everyone is taken care of and feels welcome. The only time I have seen employees not last is if they are simply incompetent and can't complete tasks assigned to them, or they are stealing from the company. The owners do not let laziness or drama slide. This truly is the best company I have ever been apart of."
